Northgate Construction is focused on commercial interior renovation and finish out projects including Class A Office, Flex/Industrial, Medical, Retail, Laboratory/Manufacturing, and Military Contracting. Our expertise also includes interior and exterior capital improvements and ground up projects. Our aviation division NGC Partners specializes on both new and existing hangar work, building structures, runway work, fueling stations, and site improvements at airports.
Northgate believes that excellent communication is key to the success of any project. This begins with the involvement of managing partners on the front end of every project so that budget and schedule is maintained throughout. Field oversite by our operations team and safety director and communication will continue daily until project completion.
