Project Overview

A landmark icon Dallas Arts Tower was transformed into a modern workplace destination. The project includes a full repositioning for all building amenities which are highlighted by a fully redesigned lobby, Art Gallery, Café Olivia, and a tenant-focused mezzanine lounge. To strengthen the building’s connection to the Dallas Arts District, the ownership partnered with the Business Council for the Arts to commission permanent installations by local artists Du Chao and Carmen Menza, while establishing a rotating lobby gallery program featuring regional artists. The result is a workplace experience that blends hospitality, community, and art at the heart of downtown Dallas.
