The project scope included the coordination of masonry, EIFS, roofing, signage, concrete, and landscaping trades, creating a focal point for the building. Equally important was the interior work. The 30,000-square-foot center, designed to enrich the lives of people with disabilities, includes large classrooms, multipurpose and sensory rooms and a fitness center. Challenges, including ensuring accessibility and balancing functionality with comfort, were met with innovative solutions. The new facility has become a vital community resource, offering educational, therapeutic, and recreational opportunities. Northgate is proud to contribute to a meaningful and impactful community resource.
